NEW TOOL "VISUAL AUDIT" INTRODUCTION

For the first time publicly we will introduce a tool called "Visual Audit". Visual audit is a professional visual analysis of selected product categories and brands on a market. It identifies important trends that will streamline your strategic decisions. It is an ideal starting point for internal workshops. It stimulates the co-creation during the product development and product changes,  by the reorganization of your entire portfolio or when strengthening the diversity of products in a product line. You can use it as a basis for the redesign of the logo, positioning specification or it helps to create entirely new brand positioning by a start-up. Practical utilization is much higher. "Visual Audit" is an excellent tool before the start of major projects such as rebranding or major innovation projects - it helps to clarify their desired (or undesired) direction. Design trends are recommended to be monitored regularly (for example in form of the Visual Audit), not just when you are planning any major changes. It's worth it. Visual Audits, such as inspiratory module within corporate workshops for our clients, are created by the guest of this webinar - an experienced British internationally active designer Martin Blunt. Even Martin's creative graphic design work has always an overlap to a deeper understanding of the contexts that shape your brand or product. Many companies has been persuaded by the contributions of the Visual Audit tool : Pepsico, Intersnack, Heineken, or Bochemie St. Nicolaus and others. Petra has accumulated a number of marketing experience in brand management, product segments management and the entire portfolio management at Opavia (Danone Group). Her 12-year career on the client side culminated in the position of marketing manager for Slovakia, where she was a member of the Steering Committee. She went through all that, what she now helps our clients with like the introduction of new products and innovations, brand redesigns, searches for the insight, preparations of marketing campaigns and many other situations. Petra has been constantly working on her professional development, she is a member of the international organization QRCA and collects additional incentives for our clients in educational programs and international conferences. She lectures, teaches and leads trainings with topics such as effective workshops leadership, projective techniques, moderation, innovative qualitative research methods. In January 2017 she will lead a roundtable at the QRCA international conference in Los Angeles, topic will be the effective leadership of workshops.
